General Information

Case Management Service
Our case managers will assist you from residency application to discharge planning and nearly everything in between including financial, medical and personal decisions.

Security
Staff is on-site and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our building is fully protected for smoke and fire and all exterior doors are secure.

Maintenance
Our maintenance staff will keep your apartment and the surrounding grounds beautiful and fresh.  A prompt response to any maintenance concern is assured.

Accommodations

Our accommodations are available in:

• Private - Approximately 200 sq. ft., fully furnished or bring your own favorite pieces of furniture.  Full private bathroom.  Cable TV and telephone hookup.  Individually controlled heat and air-conditioning.  Emergency call system.
  
  
• Semi-private - Share a double sized room with another person and save money while gaining a friend and companion.  Two cable, phone hookups, & emergency call systems in each room.
  
  
• Deluxe suite - Enjoy extra large accommodations with full private bath and plenty of space for guest seating.  Cable and phone hookups.  Individually controlled heating and air-conditioning.

Health & Medical Services

An On-site Doctor’s Clinic
A physician is on-site regularly and a physician's assistant is on-site and/or on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your medical needs.  They are part of a medical geriatrics group and may act as your primary care doctor if you wish.

An On-site Rehabilitation Clinic
A NYS licensed therapist will provide on-site physical, psychological, speech-language, audiological or occupational therapy. More information is available at: www.hectorpt.com

An On-site Licensed Home Care Service Agency
Our own New York State Department of Health licensed home care agency can provide home care and special nursing to you (normally following a medical/surgical procedure) or to a loved on still living at home. You enjoy the comfort of familiar staff and affordable cost.

Medication Management
We will, at your doctor's request, handle your medication ordering and make sure you receive the proper dosage at the correct times.

Convenience & Amenities

Activities and Recreation Programs
Our experienced staff provides a variety of daily activities, including: games, card playing, exercise/fitness programs, gardening, gourmet cooking classes, crafts and more.  There are trips regularly planned to restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, movie theaters, sightseeing and other exciting places.

Recreational Transportation
We arrange and provide transportation to many off-site activities, shopping trips, museums, theaters and points of interest.

Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will keep your room and bathroom looking neat and clean.

Laundry and Linen Service
We will provide clean bed linens and towels as needed and we will wash, dry, fold and put away your personal clothing if you desire.

Access to Senior Campus for:
Beauty and barber shop, all-faith chapel, library, whirlpool, special events and convenience store.

Dining & Meals

All of our cooking is done on site using only fresh products.  Meals are served to you in our spacious dining room. We will prepare, at your doctor's request, one of our special diets.

Additional Services

Bathing
Our resident care staff will provide as much or as little assistance as you require with personal bathing, including whirlpool therapy.

Dressing & grooming
Resident care staff will assist with dressing, undressing and personal grooming as much or as little as you may require.
