  For more than twenty years, GrandeVie has been providing exceptional care in our Penfield village setting. With unrivaled amenities and a caring, experienced staff, our Adult Care is the perfect choice for evolving senior care needs in a traditional setting.
  
  
• GrandeVie Enhanced Care Community
  With a unique program designed by experienced caregivers, GrandeVie’s Enhanced Services Unit (ESU) offers a level of care substantially higher than traditional adult care programs, but at a cost substantially less than “nursing home” programs. Both long- and short-term enhanced services aim to help residents maintain or regain their independence.
