VillageWood at GrandeVie is luxurious, independent senior living at an affordable cost.  Located at Penfield’s historic four corners—close to specialty stores, restaurants, medical and professional offices and churches—VillageWood allows residents the freedom and independence of apartment living without the worry and uncertainty of home ownership.

All VillageWood apartments include well-equipped kitchenettes, individually-controlled heating and air-conditioning units, wall-to-wall carpeting, designer window coverings, handicapped-accessible bathrooms and a personal emergency call system. [See floorplans]

Residents can exercise in our fitness room, relax in our lounges, borrow a book from our library and participate in a wide range of activities.
