General Information

Case Management Service
Our case managers will assist you from residency application to discharge planning and nearly everything in between including financial, medical and personal decisions.

Security
Staff is on-site and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our building is fully protected for smoke and fire and all exterior doors are secure. 

Maintenance
Our maintenance staff will keep your accommodations and the surrounding grounds beautiful and fresh.  A prompt response to any maintenance concern is assured.

Accommodations

Our accommodations are available in:

• Private - Approximately 200 sq.ft., fully furnished or bring your own favorite pieces of furniture. Full private bathroom. Cable TV and telephone hookup. Individually-controlled heat and air conditioning. Emergency call system.
  
  
• Semi-private - Share a double-sized room with another person and save money while gaining a friend and companion. Two cable, phone hookups and emergency call systems in each room.
  
  
• Deluxe Suite - Enjoy an extra-large accommodation with full private bath and plenty of space for guest seating. Cable and phone hookups. Individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

Health & Medical Services

An On-site Doctor's Clinic
A physician is on- site regularly and a physician’s assistant is on-site and/or on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your medical needs.  They are part of a medical geriatrics group and may act as your primary care doctor if you wish.

An On-site Rehabilitation Clinic
A NYS licensed therapist will provide on-site physical, psychological, speech-language, audio logical or occupational therapy. More information available at: www.hectorpt.com.

Medication Assistance
We will, at your request, handle your medication setup to assure that you receive the proper dosage at the correct times.  Our contact pharmacy will deliver right to your door.

Convenience & Amenities

Music, Art, and Therapeutic Recreational Program
Our experienced staff provides a variety of activities, including: sensory stimulation, music therapy, physically and mentally stimulating programs, as well as activities that promote socialized self-worth and creativity. These programs are provided 12 hours a day, seven days a week.

Personal Care Assistance
Our resident care staff will assist as much or as little as you may require with dressing, undressing, personal grooming and bathing, including whirlpool therapy.

Housekeeping Service
Our housekeeping staff will keep your room and bathroom looking neat and clean.

Laundry and Linen Service
We will provide clean bed linens and towels as needed, and we will wash, dry, fold and put away your personal clothing if you desire.

Access to Senior Campus, for:
Beauty and barber shop, all faith chapel, library, whirlpool, special events.

Dining & Meals

Delicious Home-cooked Meals and Between-meal Snacks
We will prepare, at your doctor’s request, one of our special diets. All of our cooking is done on site using only fresh products. Meals are served to you in our “country kitchen.” Nutritious snacks are available 24 hours a day.

Rates

• Our reasonable, All-inclusive rates start at $117. per day.
• Day Care rates for a Full-day Session are $43. per day.
• Day Care rates for a Half-day Session are $30. per day.
