- GRANDEVIE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY has been approved by the New York State Department of Health as Western New York's FIRST ENHANCED ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE (EALR). This level of care permits GRANDEVIE the ability to provide similar services as those normally found in skilled nursing facilities, at a cost of less than one-half of what you would pay those nursing homes. The EALR is a unique household arrangement staffed by professional nurses and certified home health aides. The services provided include diabetic management including blood glucose monitoring & insulin injections; other routine injections; physical assistance with ambulation & transfers; and, chronic incontinence management. WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING RESIDENTS.
For the well-being and protection of our residents, we are licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.
We also require background checks for all employees.
